Help Us Help Others
ABLE Families depends on the generosity of private donors and grants to support our programs and to operate our center. There are many ways to contribute to ABLE Families:
- The business community ... gives money,
equipment and supplies. Businesses can offer that first job
opportunity to an ABLE Families participant.
- The church community...provides books,
funds, supplies, and helpers for our various programs.
- The volunteers...teach and encourage
participants and donate their time and talents to serve on our
board. We use volunteers to:
- Tutor individual children in the afterschool program
- Do story telling and read aloud at afterschool
- Assist with the 4-H club on various projects
- Assist with summer camps throughout the summer
- Assist with computer issues as they develop
- Develop a technology marketing/fundraising plan for
the agency
- Our friends from far away...send donations to help people they will never meet--for for whom they sacrifice and give.
